MY TEMPLATES ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. purchasing my templates does not give you the right to use them as bases or resources for YOUR own commissions. if i find out you're using my work to fulfill requests or commissions to other people, i will be blacklisting you.

DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE MY TEMPLATES TO ANYONE. if you'd like to share my work, redirect them to where they can purchase them. you may not access my paid templates without giving payment. PLEASE do not give my psds or carrds out to those who have not bought them. i rely heavily on the money i make through my shop & commissions to support myself on top of my part-time jobs due to actively being in university + loans + bills. realistically i can't stop anyone from doing anything and i'm not going to hunt people down, but! it's the principle.

DO NOT GIVE OUT MY COMMISSIONED WORK. if you commissioned something from me as a gift to someone else, that's okay. but if you're redistributing my work as your own to others, i will blacklist you & warn my associates. i do not allow carrds gifted commissions unless the recipient is aware of it, so that i may have their e-mail to transfer it. it may not be a surprise. i apologize! i just don't want my work misused or rebranded, torn apart, etc. for graphics in general: i say to not take elements from templates because i use licensed assets that i've purchased off etsy and i don't want you guys getting in trouble for any unauthorized uses, because some etsy creators require you to possess licenses even for personal use.

when you make a purchase on ko-fi, you can re-access the purchased assets at any time through the purchase history. that being said, if you ever lose access, please let me know with proof of purchase and i can re-send it! i do not provide download zips of my carrds, however, i apologize! simply because they come with everything,* including graphics, and i cannot redistribute some of the images i use!

i take suggestions / requests, but these are not personal commissions. any request i oblige will be made for public & paid release. i may occasionally make some of these releases free for one week as server exclusives in my discord. i do not do commission work for free. again, all requests will be made available for the public to purchase & use.

MY COMMISSIONS ARE APPLICATION-BASED, AND ARE NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. i choose applicants based on how detailed they are and work my way down, but not everyone will be chosen if i run out of slots. i will not always keep the forms on hand, but will communicate this. you must provide all the requested details in the form, or else your application will not be considered due to the sheer volume of commission requests i receive. i don't mind taking some creative liberties, but please try not to say "do what you want!" it makes it harder on me ;w;

i do not do waitlists, or queues. due to the sheer volume of the commission requests i receive & due to my own schedule and the way that i work, i do not do waitlists. waitlists severely stress me out, & i personally feel it's a little predatory to be the creator & chasing down potential commissioners. i don't want to make anyone feel pressured! so please join my discord server to be notified when i open commissions instead. please take a look at my trello to see my commission status and what orders i'm working on!

submitting an application also does not guarantee that i will ever pick up the request, so please do not pester me about "your place" in the commission queue. i do not truly have a queue that i work with, outside of applicants i have already accepted. regardless, i appreciate & greatly value everyone who is interested enough to seek me out to design something for them! please keep resubmitting forms when commissions re-open in the event i alter the forms with additional information parameters.

that being said, i'll provide wips as i work. however, i'd like to ask that you try not to pester me excessively. i'm busy with work & other things, but i try to do comms in a timely manner. if it's been around 2-3 weeks before i've shown you a single wip, feel free to ask!

also i have an assistant now who helps with messaging clients! she'll usually be the one in touch with you through discord, twitter, etc., so don't be alarmed and please treat her as kindly as you would me!

i do not require payment upfront due to my own schedule, & i'd feel bad taking money while taking ten years. however, i will not give you the finished product without payment. but if you'd like to pay first, i don't mind. you can also pay half upfront if it makes you feel more comfy! i just don't require it! payments can me made out to my paypal, [email protected], & i prefer USD as i'm U.S based. if you refuse to pay, i will be blacklisting you and selling whatever i created as a public template. PLEASE DON'T SEND COMMISSION PAYMENTS TO MY KO-FI! please send them to my paypal instead so that paypal doesn't take a fee!

in a similar vein, please don't ghost me! if you change your mind & no longer want a commission, please let me know before i start working on it. if i promised you a commission spot and you do not communicate anything with me within one month, i will be moving on and giving someone else your spot. please let me know if something comes up. please do not ghost me DURING the commission process, either. i understand we're all busy, but please be respectful of my time.

ALL PURCHASES FROM MY KO-FI ARE FINAL. they are digital items and i do not offer refunds due to that fact. if you mistakenly purchased something not aware of what its purpose was for, i apologize, but i do not offer refunds. please read the item descriptions carefully. any attempts to fight me on this will result in me blacklisting you from future sales. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THE ITEM IS FOR BEFORE YOU PURCHASE IT. if you fail to read the descriptions before a purchase, it is not my responsibility!

regarding graphics, i will only use official sources or personally commissioned works (still with permission, though) or art sources WITH artists' permission, but i'd prefer to avoid fanart unless the artist is explicitly aware you want to use their art in paid work. i will expect proof of permission. if the artist requests a fee to use their work, i will be charging you extra if i am to be the one making a payment to them for using their art.

you may not ask me to mimic another designer's work / poses. i will turn you away for the future as well, & i will not be willing to work with you, & i will be notifying my associates regarding your behaviors. please respect all creators & their work.

once you receive your commission, you can do whatever you want with it as long as it falls within your personal use. YOU MAY NOT: resell it, share it with people who did not pay for it, use it to make commissions or requests for other people, or pick it apart to use as a base to sell for your own work. it is strictly for personal use. if you need assistance, let me know.

you are limited to FIVE major edits between me finishing the product. any more than that will be subject to additional fees of $2 per edit. this now applies to carrd commissions, especially for major edits. minor changes are fine, but if the changes are major to the design, i will charge a fee, and i will let you know during wip phases for transparency's sake! these fees will usually occur if & when the template is mostly completely finished & ask me to completely redo something.

regarding venue posters, i will not be giving you the PSD, only the finished product. if you want the PSD, i can direct you to where i get my resources from, but you are going to have to purchase the licenses yourself, unless i make it from scratch.

i'm busy IRL between work, classes, & other obligations & my own self-care. i also struggle with adhd. sometimes i can get a lot done at once, other times it might take me a while. please be patient, but feel free to check!

i no longer provide complementary gposes for FFXIV custom carrds anymore due to the sheer amount of extra work it is, and how time consuming it is. you will have to pay additional fees for gposes to be included. i will, however, take no more than 10 photos for console players.

i will not allow excessive character appearance file changes for gposes for the flat rate. anything beyond the original character data appearance/modpack/mcdf file will be an extra fee, because it does become a lot more extra work, especially if you're requesting several different in-game backdrops, like dungeons or other places in the world.
